1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the ArborMan Tree Service LLC website or scheduling any service with us, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age or have the legal authority to enter into agreements
• You have read and agree to these Terms of Service

• You are authorized to grant access to the property where services will be performed

2. Services Provided

ArborMan Tree Service LLC is a licensed and insured tree care company operating in East Palatka, FL, Putnam County, and surrounding areas. Our services include, but are not limited to:

• Tree removal (standard and high-risk)
• Tree trimming and pruning
• Stump grinding and removal
• Emergency tree services
• Lot clearing and land cleanup

All services are subject to availability and are performed at the sole discretion of ArborMan Tree Service LLC. We reserve the right to decline any job that we determine to be unsafe, unfeasible, or outside our service area.

3. Estimates & Quotes

We offer free estimates for all services. Please note the following regarding our estimates:

• All estimates are based on an on-site or photo-based assessment and are subject to change if site conditions differ from what was initially presented
• Written estimates are valid for 30 days from the date issued
• A signed estimate or verbal approval constitutes agreement to proceed with the quoted scope of work
• Additional work beyond the original estimate requires separate approval before proceeding

4. Scheduling & Cancellations

When you book a service with ArborMan Tree Service LLC, you agree to the following:

• You will ensure the work area is accessible on the scheduled date and time
• Pets, vehicles, and people must be cleared from the work zone for safety
• Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance
• Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a service fee at our discretion

5. Payment Terms

Payment for services is due upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed upon in writing in advance. By engaging our services, you agree to the following:

• Payment is due in full upon job completion unless a written payment plan is agreed upon beforehand
• Accepted payment methods include cash, check, and major credit/debit cards
• Returned checks will incur a $35 returned check fee
• Accounts overdue by more than 30 days may be subject to a late fee of 1.5% per month
• Unpaid balances may be referred to a collections agency or result in legal action

ArborMan Tree Service LLC reserves the right to place a lien on property for unpaid balances in accordance with Florida state law.

6. Property Access & Customer Responsibilities

By scheduling services, you represent and warrant that:

• You are the property owner or have explicit authorization from the property owner to hire ArborMan Tree Service LLC
• You have disclosed all known underground utilities, irrigation systems, buried cables, or other hazards on or near the work area
• You are responsible for locating and marking all underground utilities prior to service (call 811 for free utility marking)
• You will ensure clear vehicle and equipment access to the work site
• You accept that minor damage to grass, landscaping, or soil may occur as a result of heavy equipment and is not grounds for a refund

7. Liability & Disclaimer

ArborMan Tree Service LLC is fully licensed and insured. However, by engaging our services, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Tree work involves inherent risk, and we cannot be held liable for natural outcomes such as soil disturbance or incidental damage to items in the work zone that were not removed prior to service
• We are not liable for pre-existing property damage, structural issues, or deterioration that becomes apparent during service
• Our total liability for any claim arising out of our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service in question
• We are not liable for delays caused by weather, equipment failure, utility conflicts, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Our services are provided “as is” and we make no guarantees regarding tree health, regrowth, or future conditions after service is rendered.

8. Website Use

By accessing arbormantreeco.com, you agree to use our website only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Use the Site in any way that violates applicable local, state, or federal laws or regulations
• Transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or promotional material
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its related systems
• Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone’s use or enjoyment of the Site
• Use the Site to collect personal information about other users without their consent
